Emi (elephant) and Pablo (penguin) along with their three friends are excited to be preparing for Christmas.

Alas they cannot find the nativity set. With a little bit of thinking, Marlu (kangaroo) remembers it’s whereabouts and the five three begin to unpack the set, telling the story to each other as they go.

To celebrate their preparation, they burst into song, singing the last verse from We’re on our way.

Throughout the book, children can look for stars, ensuring their attention is even more retained in the story.
